Explore SMC's co-curricular opportunities

Arts

The philosophy behind our Arts faculties and our co-curricular programme is one of a collaborative pathway where every student has the opportunity to express and create.

Sport

Participation in sport provides opportunities for our girls to improve physical and mental skills, have fun and form friendships in sports facilities among the best in New Zealand.

Service

Serving others with grace and gratitude, we encourage our students to make a positive difference through a range of initiatives, including our College charity, Educating Girls Globally.

Expressions of Te Ao Māori

We support our ākonga to access Te Ao Māori and be culturally-connected learners through a number of avenues, including our leadership programmes, Kapa Haka and care for the Taiao (environment).

Technology

We host a range of clubs that help ignite our girls' passion for the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
