St Margaret’s Students to Perform at Nostalgia Festival 2026

Three St Margaret’s College acts have been selected to perform on the Future Nostalgia Stage at the Nostalgia Festival in February 2026.

The selected acts include:

  • Purely Pink, featuring current Year 13 students Emily Chambers and Lucia Tully
The Spoons, comprising Year 11 students Phoebe Jones, Tiv Crozier, Chloe Drinkwater, Ivy Mehrtens, Mae Wilkinson,
  • Jess Erasmus, a solo performer currently in Year 12.

These talented students will perform alongside established artists, including Aotearoa Music Awards Breakthrough Artist Harper Finn and ARPA Award winner Ladyhawke.

Established in 2014, Nostalgia Festival brings together the community through the magic of music, celebrating a curated line-up of feel-good New Zealand and international artists.

At St Margaret’s College, co-curricular opportunities in music are progressive, inclusive, and ever-growing. The College’s contemporary music programme continues to flourish, with 16 rock bands formed this year and standout performances at Bandquest and ROCKQUEST.

Offering students authentic opportunities to perform helps them to build technical skills and the confidence, creativity, and collaboration that will serve them well beyond school.
